The Andy Warhol Museum turned 30 in 2024. GPS was brought in for the Pittsburgh-based institution’s Gala to create the event’s graphic identity including invitation design, ticket packages, wayfinding, merchandise and promotional materials. The design direction was informed by a coinciding ‘KAWS + Warhol’ exhibition. We incorporated elements of both artists' visual language along with The Carrie Blast Furnace, the event location and a local historic landmark from Pittsburgh’s history in the steel industry.
